Alister Meshkin, MD

Alister Meshkin, MD, is a board-certified physician assisting patients at Meshkin Medical in Newport Beach and Glendale, California. Dr. Meshkin developed his love for hair transplants growing up as he observed his father in his practice. Alister quickly became fascinated with the different techniques his father employed to deliver impeccable results for patients.

Dr. Meshkin completed his Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Biology at the University of California, Berkeley. He went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine degree at St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, graduating cum laude.

After formal schooling, Dr. Meshkin pursued an internship at Brandon Regional Hospital in Brandon, Florida, before completing his residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. He continued his training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, completing his fellowship.

Dr. Meshkin is dedicated to perfecting the art of hair transplants and ensuring his patients are 100% satisfied with their results. Alister is continuously keeping up to date with the most recent techniques involved in the field of hair restoration and striving for the best results possible for his patients.

Dr. Meshkin holds a California physician and surgeon's license and has an active DEA license. In his free time, Dr. Meshkin enjoys watching sports, cooking, and going to the beach. He's fluent in English and Farsi.
